But deserved?
Oh, sure. The team was awful.
But deserved?
Bullet dodged.
Didn't have the rifle sighted in properly yet.
Morning, Gents! Had a pretty good day yesterday except for when I found out that my old firm, the one I just got let go from, screwed me out of my insurance. I was told by the managing partner that my insurance premium would be paid and that I didn't have to worry about it. This meant that I was supposed to have insurance for either the month of September, or 30 days from the first day I was given insurance, which was August 27th. Either way, I'm supposed to be on insurance as of right now. Turns out, when my old boss was talking to me and telling me that my insurance premium would be paid and that I'd have nothing to worry about, it was in fact being cancelled. When I found out, I was t'd off to the max. So, I called the office looking for the office manager, she just happened to be on the phone. Uh huh. Sure. Ok, since you're not going to talk to me, I'll call my attorney, which I did. My attorney, by the way, also happens to be my DMiL, so it's easy to do. Now, I'm not expecting anything to happen, like get put back on the insurance, but I do want to know what happened. With my DMiL on the phone giving me advice, I wrote an email to the managing partner asking what happened and to explain. I Have yet to hear back, but safe to say that I lost any respect for that firm that I had left. It'd be nice if they offered to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense of having to pay for my annual physical, but I'm not expecting anything. Oh, forgot to mention that my attorney said that here in Mass, I believe it's only here in Mass, but I could be wrong, that the benefits manager is supposed to have a 30 day notice of change to any plan before taking effect. So, with that in mind, I believe they screwed up. And no, I didn't get it in writing, so I know I'm screwed. However, by me writing to them, I'm hoping to show that I'm not going to be a pushover. Don't worry, I wasn't nasty in my email, just stated facts and that I wanted to know what happened. I really hate that firm.
So, I'm a little confused on the schedule. That 17 & 2, is that 17 days on and 2 days off? If that's the case, that's a long time between days off. And what's the 2,2,3? Not sure about that. Either way, glad you're working.
A friend of mine, who works for the bank I applied to, just moved out of her office for good. Apparently the bank decided that this working from home is a good thing. So she was allowed into her office to collect her things. She likes it but notes that it is difficult at times being in the house all day every day. Hope working from home works out for your DW.
It may have been the drunk talking, but you can probably guess where he wants the relationship to go.

Well, that's convenient. My attorney, by the way, also happens to be my DMiL, so it's easy to do.
You put that in writing? Won't they kick you out of the country? Or force you to get a gun?Not this Yank. I actually don't even own a gun...just never got around to getting one.
So cool, but... not so cool. The machinery/ technology is absolutely amazing. The terminology & training, not so much.

Um.... what?and know how to disengage the safety alarms.
What happened? Too much coronavirus still?Yeah, so, I think the DDC trip just got nixed. Rats.

Marathon got cancelled. It's turned to a virtual, which internationals don't qualify for so even if I ran a marathon round my town a few times, I wouldn't get the medal. What happened? Too much coronavirus still?
It went to the inbox, which is shared. Unfortunately. If you don't tell her about the marathon, nobody here will.
Been a bit stopping in to say hey. Seems like all are well, except Eagles fans Be safe.

I can see the repetition being a bit of a grind.Happy Wednesday. Most of the machines were running yesterday, so I was able to run them and learn quite a bit. I can't guess how much sauce I ran, but conservative estimate is in the 10 thousand jar range. Downside is the repetition. Perhaps the money will change my mind, but I don't see this as a long term career option.
Huh. Interesting. Hadn't thought of it that way.A herd of jars are automatically loaded into the tray. A jam may be that a jar is turned sideways or upside down, then I have to stop the machine and manually fix the jar. The challenge is the longer the stop, then the more time/ money is lost vs not stopping & losing product to breakage based on orientation.
You could come visit me and run my neighborhood. I'll even give you a morocycle escort.Marathon got cancelled. It's turned to a virtual, which internationals don't qualify for so even if I ran a marathon round my town a few times, I wouldn't get the medal.
Or use my address. We did a virtual run (DD & myself) but haven't received our medals yet. I used a DISfriend's address in the US.
You forgot the "n" in morocycleI'll even give you a morocycle escort.
I think at the time we registered you were still moving?Or use my address.
Ugh...sometimes I hate my phone. Most times I just despise it, but sometimes I HATE it.You forgot the "n" in morocycle
I think at the time we registered you were still moving?
I know that know! And you point? Even if I was moving, I still knew what the address was going to be. I also still own the other house so that address is still valid also.
Thanks man. Unfortunately as I joined through my DVC profile page to get the discount, they just refunded me, so I'm out the race as an international, as it seems to be beyond the wit of Disney to ship something over to me. Apart from my dues bill, that seems to turn up just fine. I haven't cancelled my flight yet, its just if the missus will cover the whole kids thing for me to go on a a jolly. I don't think your motorcycle goes that slow . If I build up enough good boy points between now and Jan, who knows. It was always a long shot to get to FL in Jan, but we'll see.You could come visit me and run my neighborhood. I'll even give you a morocycle escort.
