Howdy stranger. How’ve you been?
Well... you know... sometimes I just gott'a disappear for a wile.
This last hiatus was a bit long, but I just couldn't find the right time or spot to jump back in (my mind - or what's left of it - is busted that way).
In truth though, I really can't complain too much. I may want to, but can't compared to some other folk just trying to make it though the next day.
But to you point - quick summary:
. The low-lights are every single morning that I have to make myself go into a work environment that I despise, but can't see a way out of just yet.
. The high-lights are every time I can actually get them to allow me time off to live a little bit of life.
(and from the focus of this group, that included a trip with the extended family down to The World back in March and a
DCL sailing - just me and my better - coming up in a few weeks, so like I said, I really shouldn't be complaining).
