DDP and California Grill Question

I was just wondering how the DDP worked with ordering sushi at California grill. Is it considered an appetizer or an entree or not at all? I'm assuming that if we wanted something not included in the plan that they would be more than happy if we paid out of pocket so just wanted to check and see if we were paying out of pocket for sushi or where it would be included. We've always gotten it as an appetizer when on the DxDDP. The spicy Kazan roll is my must have every trip
