Discount Coupons Through Concierge

My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock last May. We bought our tickets to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure through the concierge. The concierge gave us these discount cards the could be used on all restaurants inside both parks and on any merchandise bought in the parks. If I remember correctly it was like 20% of food and 10 to 15% off merchandise. When we went back in November and in February we asked the concierge for these coupons but they were not offering them at the time. Does anyone know if they are offering them now? Thanks for your help.
