Disney "Bucket List"

Does anyone else have a wish list of things that they want to do at Disney in their lifetime?

Things on my bucket list:
-meet as many characters as possible in one day (got the idea from Kenny the Pirate site)
-go on tours
-visit a water park (or two)
-stay and watch the Kiss Goodnight
-attend MNNSHP and MVMCP (will be hard since I'm a teacher and don't have those times of year off!)
-stay at Fort Wilderness (after I get a trailer with AC!)

The last time I went, I crossed off one thing on my list - to visit all 4 parks in one day.

Anyone else??? Looking for more ideas to add to my list! :goodvibes

My bucket list:
Around the world tour of DVC resorts and parks. DCL EB-Atl crossing, Paris-parks/resorts, then Asia-parks/resorts, Hawaii-resort, Cali-parks/resorts, HH resort, and then finish up back in Fla.
BTB DCL for at least two weeks, if not more.

I like your idea...four parks one day...I'm going to do that in October.
There should be a t-shirt

I do have a Disney Bucket List. I've accomplished quite a few but still have many more to do. The items still on my list are;

Stay at all DVC deluxe villas (only 4 left to do)
Cruise on all Disney Cruise Ships (only 1 left to do)
Visit all Disney Parks around the world (3 completed)
Stay in Disney's Cinderella Castle Suite
Stay in Disneyland's Dream Suite
Go on an Adventures by Disney

Top bucket list items that I have accomplished;
Visit Club 33
DVC Member
Complete all runDisney races in one year
Back2Back Disney Cruises
Visit Aulani

I'm sure I forgot to list some things on both my bucket list and accomplished list but this is a good start.

I definitely have a Disney bucket list!

Eat at Victoria and Alberts
Work for Disney
Visit Disneyland and tour Walt's apartment
Stay at Aulani
Go on the DIS ABD London and Paris trip

There are a few that I've been lucky enough to see realized recently, such as a stay at the Grand Floridian. I'll just keep dreaming that some the ones above may happen one day!

I've accomplished a lot on my Disney bucket list, but I still have a ways to go:
-stay at the Polynesian
-Backstage Magic tour
-Wild Africa Trek
-Stay concierge level in a deluxe resort
-be a part if a FairyTale wedding, with a Grand Floridian stay. Doesn't have to be my wedding (too late for that) but a close family member would be nice.
-stay in every resort at least once
-stay in the Cinderella castle suite
-visit Disneyland California.
-dinner at California Grill
-drink around the world at Epcot without getting tipsy after the first drink.
-illuminations fireworks cruise

Ride all the rides of all 4 parks in one day
Eat in all the restaurant at Disney(might never finish that one as they change them all the time :rotfl2:)
Stay on site at Disney(never did that)
Attend MVMCP and MNSHP
I'd like to vist a mini golf course on disney

I am going to tick the parties off this year. :)

Let's see, things still on my bucket list:
-go on more tours
-Stay at all deluxe and moderate resorts
-Go on a Disney Cruise
-Visit all Disney Parks around the world
-Stay in Disney's Cinderella Castle Suite

Each time I go, I cross off one or two things on my list.
Things I've crossed off:
stay and watch the Kiss Goodnight
attend MNNSHP and MVMCP
go solo
Go to WDW on my birthday
Eat at CRT on my birthday
Dining with an Imagineer
Behind the Seeds and Keys to the Kingdom tours
Stayed at POR, POFQ, and CS; WL, BC, and Poly
go to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure

It would be really cool to see the now defunct river country and discover island, but that will never happen, so I suppose what I would like to do is any behind the scenes stuff I can. Disney has this amazing way of keeping the immersion no matter what. You always feel like you left the real world behind when you make it to the parks. I wanna know how they do it.

Go to the Food & Wine Festival with my DH
Participate in a RunDisney event - with a bunch of girlfriends
Watch the Kiss Goodnight
Ride Expedition Everest (Animal Kindgom wasn't there last time I went to Disney)

1) Visit every Disney Park around the world
2) Go on at least 1 Disney cruise (minimum 7 days)
3) Visit Magic Kingdom and Disneyland on the same day
4) Spend 24 hours straight in Magic Kingdom or Disneyland
5) Take the trains tour at Magic Kingdom
6) Do at least 1 tour in every park
7) Have tea with Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland
8) learn how to take a decent photo on a dark ride without ruining it with a flash.
9) Stay at one of the Monorail resorts
10) Make it around the world at Epcot without tiring out after doing every attraction there.
11) Be picked as the family of the day
12) Be able to go on a Disney vacation every 10th anniversary
13) See Disneyland or Magic Kingdom around Christmastime
14) Attend Star Wars days
15) Renew our wedding vows at Disneyworld for our 50th anniversary. (we're approaching our 20th so that one will have to wait a bit).

1. Visit Disneyland
2. Visit MK at Christmas
3. Get an extended family photo in front of Cinderella's castle (we took one in '05, and we are planning a trip next year, but everyone won't make it).
4. Participate in the flag ceremony.

Work for Disney world (okay never going to happen....)
Stay at or at least wander through every resort
Definitely stay Mk Viewat the contemporary.in the atrium part!!
Go for food and wine festival

Hmm.that might be it. I'm sure I'll find more!

P.s own DVC. Contemporary of course!

I have many still on my bucket list...

  • Stay on property at each of the resorts (I've never stayed on property at WDW as yet, so that's LOTS of trips..!)
  • Visit TokyoDisney and DisneySea
  • Stay at the Disneyland Hotel at DLRP - the only one I've not stayed in yet!
  • Visit Disneyland and California Adventure
  • If I ever get married, I love the idea of a Fairytale Wedding, IF the groom complies! :rolleyes1
  • If not, I'll settle for a partial DisneyMoon.
  • Attend MNSSHP!
  • Participate in a RunDisney event.
  • and finally...
  • Collect all the mugs! (Seriously though, I love Disney mugs and go into my local Disneystore pretty much weekly, to check out their mugs.:cool2:)

7) Have tea with Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland
8) learn how to take a decent photo on a dark ride without ruining it with a flash.

I'd also be interested in doing both of these. Can anyone tell me how?

Especially, has anyone been able to get a clear picture of the last scene in the Haunted Mansion where a hitchhiking ghost is in your doom buggy with you? Unless you're lucky enough that the ride stops when you're at that scene, how else can you get a good picture of that? I know the flash would totally wipe it out, but without it I end up with just a fuzzy blur.

My DD has a Disney bucket list! We have been trying to help her cross each item off!

1) Stay at every Disney resort!
2) Meet as many characters as she can!
3) Go on a Disney cruise!
4) Get as many autographs as she can!
5) Eat at all of the character locations!
6) To become a DVC member!

We have went on a cruise! We are working our way thru the resorts! This year crossing off AKV and BLT! Thanks to 2 members on here renting us their points! We have almost ate at every character dining!

She LOVES her Disney bucket list! We have had wonderful fun helping her complete it!

Our biggest list item is to become a DVC member! We are currently in ROFR purchasing a resale! She is over the moon about the thought of being a DVC member! If it all works out she will get the t-shirt! :goodvibes

My WDW Bucketlist:

-Meet Cinderella
-Met Aurora
-Stay at MK past closing (I'm always so tired)
-AK Tour
-Attend MNSSHP
-Eat around the World at EPCOT
-Get a good picture of Wishes
-Stay at a Deluxe resort
-Attend during a special anniversary
-Have a Dole Whip

1) Visit every Disney Park around the world
2) Go on at least 1 Disney cruise (minimum 7 days)
3) Visit Magic Kingdom and Disneyland on the same day
4) Spend 24 hours straight in Magic Kingdom or Disneyland

14) Attend Star Wars days
15) Renew our wedding vows at Disneyworld for our 50th anniversary. (we're approaching our 20th so that one will have to wait a bit).

I would love to do this!

My list would be:

- Visit all the parks around the world
- Visit California Adventure (I've only visited Disneyland)
- Visit during Halloween and Christmas
- Visit on my birthday
- Stay at all the moderate and deluxe resorts
- Have a character meal at Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare
- Have my picture taken with every (possible) character

we're thinking the character breakfast at the 1900 Park Place restaurant in the Grand Floridian would be the best way for us to spend time with Alice and Mary Poppins. I understand that it isn't a "proper" tea, but its close enough to count as far as I'm concerned!

As for dark photography work, I've been following the Disney Tourist blog (can't seem to post the link here) for tips and recommendaons for photography. The site has also been very helpful for my husband and myself deciding where we'd like to stay, and what we'd like to do on our next trip.

Jasperkitty:drive:

Stay at all the WDW resorts-working my way through...
Go to Disneyland Paris
Scuba dive/snorkel in the Seas
