They are doing the right thing. A lot of local theme parks are scheduled to open for the season later this month. I'm sure they look to Disney for precedent.

Give it time for what? I was merely pointing out that the current situation for Disney World resort hotels is not "the same as Disneyland" as you stated.

There‘s no notice on the Disneyworld.com site as of yet, but i expect there will be shortly.

Disney’s always been good about posting their cancellation policy in situations like hurricanes, so I’d check the site tomorrow morning for the details. Normally I’d recommend calling, but the lines are going to be absolutely slammed.
