Mixed Drinks With Liquor Coming to Magic Kingdom Later This Month

Disney will be introducing drinks with liquor in them after previously only offering beer and wine at its table service restaurants. Mixed drinks with liquor will be coming to Skipper Canteen, Liberty Tree Tavern, and The Diamond Horseshoe starting September 13th. Here’s a look at the mixed drinks coming to the dining locations:

Skipper Canteen

• Jungle Bird Cocktail: Gosling Black Rum, Campari, Cane Syrup, with Pineapple and Lime Juices
• Golden Haze Margarita: Teremana Blanco Tequila, Grand Marnier, Agave Syrup, Lime Juice, and Smoked Chili Bitters

Liberty Tree Tavern

• Gold Rush: Elijah Craig Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Honey garnished with crystalized Ginger
• Magical Beacon Cocktail: Empress 1908 Gin, Bols Blue Curacao, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, Orgeat (Almond), Lemon, Hibiscus Grenadine, and souvenir Glow Cube

The Diamond Horseshoe

• Gold Rush: Elijah Craig Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Honey garnished with crystalized Ginger

Just yesterday, Disney announced that cast rehearsals for the return of Fantasmic! have begun at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Today, we spotted the most powerful fountain in the show being tested.

Hop on a TRON Lightcycle Run Ride Vehicle at 2022 D23 Expo

Guests visiting the 2022 D23 Expo will be able to hop aboard a TRON Lightcycle Run ride vehicle for a photo op at the Enterprise booth. Enterprise is the presenting sponsor of the TRON Lightcycle Run attraction coming to Magic Kingdom, and the photo op will likely be very similar to the photo op that was briefly available in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom back in 2019.

EPCOT's Cool Wash under refurbishment​

Cool Wash in EPCOT's World Discovery is closed for refurbishment.


Located across from Test Track, the seasonally operated kiosk has previously served slushies under misters and cooling fans.

Showtimes Removed for Encanto ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno’ Projection Show on “it’s a small world” at Disneyland​

It seems the “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” projection show on “it’s a small world” at Disneyland has come to an end.

The “Encanto”-inspired show has been running nightly since April. However, showtimes are no longer listed for the show on the Disneyland Resort website. The show’s webpage still exists so it’s possible we’ll see Bruno return to the “it’s a small world” façade at another time, but Disney hasn’t confirmed anything.

It was a little too weird for me. But I am an old person, so don't always get the plot.

It will be closed through October 13, reopening to guests on October 14. We saw scaffolding up on the outside of the ride a few days ago.
