I'm in MA, too. I know VT was last week because my sister lives up there. MA, I think, always coincides with Patriots' Day.

Not all of Vermont. Much of central Vermont is off school 4/24-4/28.

We live in MA. It was great this week in Disney!!! I know RI had their spring break last week so wondering if that made a difference. Maybe other states too.

NYC public schools had their spring break last week to coincide with both Passover and Easter.

Lol. This gives away just how ignorant I am about big-time sports. I had to look up just who was Pat McAfee. I had literally never heard of him.

You know they are not going to tear them down. They have sold them off before Intact. They will just trailer them away one by one to be sold and then drive in and plop down a newly designed one to replace it. Disney isn’t going to loose money on the old ones if they can sell them.

And generate cash flow up front while shifting upkeep costs to the new "owners".

So far we haven't see Disney convert a cash resort entirely to DVC. It's usually a wing converted or an additional wing built. So as long as the remaining cabins are selling for the cash rates, they will stay that way.

We also haven't seen Disney add DVC to a non-deluxe resort until now. The article states "more than 350 cabins" will be converted. There are only 363 cabins at the Fort, so this will be a complete conversion.

Not so keen on the FW DVC. It kind of removes more affordable big accommodations. I fear the camping sites aren’t far behind.

NEW: Walt Disney World Annual Pass sales will pause at 11 PM Eastern Time.

“Guests will remain in the queue overnight, as long as they remain connected to the network and keep their browser window open.” Disney says sales will resume no earlier than 7:15 AM ET tomorrow.

As of 9pm ET, the Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Pixie Pass, Disney Pirate Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass are still available. Disney: “Please note availability on a pass or select passes may become unavailable for purchase at any time after sales reopen tomorrow.”

Ohio does not take spring break at the same time. Some schools are the last week of March, some the week before Easter, and some the week after Easter. Our district was the week after Easter and my moms (she is a teacher only about 15 minutes away from mine) was the last week of March.

While I liked Jodie Whittaker's Doctor, I was not a fan of Chibnall's seasons (and I liked Broadchurch). With Russell Davies back and Disney upping the budget, I'm cautiously optimistic going into the new season

Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk Resort closing for refurbishment in June

Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk Inn will be closed from June 11 to June 17, 2023 for refurbishment.

During the closure, no dinner offerings will be available. However, Trattoria al Forno will provide a limited breakfast menu during those dates, with Guests who book breakfast being directed to dine in the Flying Fish dining room.

The nearby Pizza Window will also be closed June 11 - 17.
