Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Allow me to share a good Signature Services story. :goodvibes

I booked all of my own ADR's, except for the ROL dining package because the dates had not opened for August yet.

Well, as of today, the dates were showing up on the Disney website, but no times were showing as available. This was happening to everyone.

I called Signature Services and they were able to book me immediately, while others were still waiting.

A couple of hours later, the website booking did open up, but I already had my slot!

I was pretty pleased with that. :cheer2:

Off topic but so glad you said that! I've been looking for one for September (for someone else) and just went to check and saw they're open. Yay! Thanks :) And congrats on getting yours booked :)

Thank you! Get in there and snatch yours up!

That was the last ADR I was waiting for, and now I can start figuring out what FP's I want to book. This trip is shaping up nicely!!! :cloud9:

I had some good, swift responses from them on Thursday and Friday. Not immediate but both within a couple of hours. Maybe they were just particularly busy yesterday?

Thanks, I think that may be the case. I heard back mid-morning on Sunday.

I have had mixed help from them. Today @ 4pm CST, I was able to book ROL Dining for 9/7 @ 4:40pm. Only spot available for dinner. On a light negative note - DSS had told me June for release times. They were 2 months off.....wow. My ADR also says "ROL 1st Show".

Will Signature Services book your Fast passes? We'll be out of town when our 60 day window opens.

When DSS called me I asked this same question and was told yes they could...hope this is true! Our 60 day window is in August so if your is sooner please post if DSS did indeed book your fast passes. TIA:)

My trip isn't until December 24th...kind of a busy time to go to WDW:)---So I'm freaking out that I'll be out of town when my 60 day window hits...without any access to internet. If Signature Services will book those for me...that would be AMAZING!

Good morning! We're booked October 4-9 at WL CL if you want to add us :)

I kind of impulsively upgraded us to CL because I wasn't thrilled with the idea of staying at WL (nothing against the resort, I'm sure it will be lovely, I just had my heart set on somewhere else). We've never stayed CL before (almost pulled the trigger last trip but we ended up with free dining so I scrapped that plan), so I figured if nothing else that would be something I'd be excited about :) Does anyone have recent experience or feedback at CL there? I did see where @GADisneyDad14 enjoyed it, but not much mention of it otherwise. I'm a little anxious so any feedback you have would be great!

It's been awhile since our WL CL stay so I can't comment on anything recent, but we loved it and had an awesome stay! The food offerings were good and the CL CMs were amazing as they were very attentive and always willing help in any way they could. Even though our stay was years ago, the reviews I read now seem to mirror the awesome experience we had. Try not worry as I'm sure you'll have a great time :wizard:.

Do you guys do online check-in if you are staying at CL. I hear about how it's supposed to be a better check-in process for club level, does online check-in skip that? I wanted to meet the CM at the club level for check in.

Bmath, I'm going to piggy-back your question with... can I completely bypass all CMs and just go directly to our room once they text me our CL room number? We've stayed at the WL several times (including CL) and would just prefer to go directly to the room ourselves. The elevator should work for us right via magicband?

Hi, all! We have a BWI and a YC reservation for Memorial Day week. But we cannot decide which one to choose! We have stayed at both resorts before but only done CL at YC. We actually stay at YC quite frequently as it is one of our favorite hotels, but we have been wanting to try BWI recently. I have been reading through all of the posts and the BWI reviews of CL seem to be amazing while the YC reviews seem to be mixed. My husband and I usually make a meal of the evening appetizers so it is important to us to have good options (and a good wine and beer selection too!) we also have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old. Our kids love storm along bay and my husband and I aren't very excited about the BWI pool. It's just not as fun or exciting for the kids (or for us!) but all of the food in the BWI posts looks amazing! Can anyone give a rave review about YC evening offerings? Does the YC have a chef who prepares things in the lounge as well? I feel like I am leaning towards the BWI for the lounge but in all other areas my gut is to go YC. We will also have a double stroller so easy access is big for us.

Ok- so I hear you about the Clown pool- it's weird- it's why we stayed away for so long. But- we tried it- we loved the Boardwalk. The pool needs a refresh and a splash pad- then it would be perfect!! But kids had fun- loved the water slide bc it was so high- and have asked to go back again. (Our kids are 7&3 for perspective). But will you be able to fit your double stroller in the room- oh yes. The balcony was also quite roomy. Is the CL amazing- yes. The food offerings throughout the day were plentiful and ranged from light to heavy. We always had a full breakfast and pool snacks (mini sammies), and dinner appetizers were heavy imo. We decided that for our November trip- we will not get the dining plan- we had too many snack credits and QS credits remaining. We were always full- and we are not heavy eaters. Also- the CL staff were beautiful to my children and doted on them - always had a goody bag ready to go, surprises, balloons and hugs. By the end of our week- I wanted to take them all home!! Hard choices- but either way you are on vacay at Disney!!

I just extended our early November Poly CL TPV stay a day.

I decided I don't want to leave the park and go to the airport all sweaty at 3 pm. And I also don't want to move all my stuff to a cheaper room. So I blew even MORE money on a final night. Because...I am spoiled.

I hope they release a fall deal, and I hope our room type is included, and I hope I get it applied.

But in the meantime....HURRAH!

(PS - I blame all of you)

I actually skip check in at cl stays and go right to room if I have the text prior.

The only cl that wowed me at check in was gf. They have escorted us right to the room and done the check in there vs a desk.

That it is nice but after as many stays as I have been fortunate to have the last few years I just don't have any questions or need help at Gf.

What's nice is you can choose. Need help stop and ask , if not just go to your room.

I think for all first stays at each resort you should stop at the desk at some point during your stay, it surprises me how each resort is slightly different from the others. Some close for an hour or two. Some have water bottles. Yet some (bc) keep a bowl a taffy on the desk and you want to just swipe some when you go by lol.

For a different perspective. What I mean is when you arrive you might want to use that time for something else. Is it evening and you don't want to miss desserts or run to a park before it closes? Is it early and you want to settle the kids first and one parent go down and ask the q's? You can do the check in process the day you arrive or next day without it causeing much of a problem.

Last, My MB has worked on elevator at wl and CR with text.
