Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I’m getting ready for my first ever CL stay at the Poly in April and I was contacted by DSS but based off this boards it seems like it’s hit or miss so best if you reach out to them first for whatever questions you may have... they have been nothing but wonderful in my experience and very helpful

Their email is disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com

The CL Fastpasses is $50/person and you are correct that it’s a 3 day minimum

Not everyone in your party has to purchase the extra fastpasses so if only 2 people wanted to that is allowed

Purchase includes 3 extra fast passes (no tier restriction) at 90 days out instead of 60, and reserved viewing of nighttime show

Thank You Again for all the Great Info!!!

WWYD? We check in to the BW CL on 3/14 but we wont get there until about 7-ish pm.(we're driving from my mothers house in Sumter County) Do you think I should do pre-check-in or should I just show up? I ask this because usually we fly in and they know when to expect us. Also is the paying for valet at the BWI worth it? I understand the parking lot is set far away from the resort.

Thanks!

Thank You so much for all the info I appreciate it :thanks: So How do you get the contact information for them? I originally booked just a regular room and we are about 120 days out from our stay, so how far in advance do I or they contact me?
The Extra FP I have been reading about is it $50/person with a 3 day minimum?
Thank You

A PP answered most of your questions, but wanted to also give their phone #: (407) 939-7777

50/50 on if they'll contact you or not, but don't worry about it - you can reach out to them any time (have your reservation number handy).

Happy planning!

We sometimes drive from my parents house (Hillsborough Co) before we visit WDW- we have stayed at BWI CL multiple times and have done the online check in and also with CL CMs. IMO, its half dozen one or the other. There is no greeter at CL- you will go to the front desk and let them know that you are there to check into CL. If a CM is checking in someone already- they will check you in downstairs and then escort you up to the 4th floor. If not, they will just escort you to the 4th floor to be checked in with a CM. I do not think that valet is worth it- we have arrived and parked throughout the day/evenings/nights and have always found a spot. The parking lot is right in front of the resort and is decent sized- a lot of people park there to crash at either EPCOT or HS.. but even with that influx- we have still found abundant spots. Enjoy your stay- we love BWI CL!

I usually email DSS and let them know about when and how we will be arriving. I generally don't do online check in.
Enjoy your BWI CL stay! :sunny:

I have poly cl booked similar dates. However AP rates can change everything.

This is my first year having an AP - I don't usually have multiple trips in a year but things just kind of fell that way so it seemed prudent. I looked up the "historical dates" for the release of the late spring AP rates and I know it's later this year. I know things can change about how Disney does these things, but the wait is killing me! :yay: Hoping for this week, although thinking there won't be a lot of availability for my dates anyhow!

I just hit my 180 booking reservations and for the first time ever I didn't do them myself and took a risk and left it up to DSS. I rang and gave them my credit card info the week before and emailed them my list of requests. Well, they were amazing, they got brilliant times and couldn't be more helpful! So for those of you were wondering about using them or not for dining reservations I would happily recommend them from my experience (I may have been lucky). They also got a fantastic time for bibidi bobbidi boutique.

Glad DSS was able to get everything you wanted! I've never used the service, but it seems recent guest experiences have been (for the most part) positive :).

I know that feeling!
Yippee!! I missed y’all in November at BWI!
I know! I was so busy with mom I wasn't in the lounge much. I fetched for her and sat on that extra large balcony I was lucky to get.

If everything goes as planned, I'll be at BWI during that time frame. Very excited to try BWI CL :goodvibes.

Both of us @got15 were just there so ask if need any updates. I have a friend there now and she had mimosa with her breakfast and is escaping this crappy east coast weather lol.

We've visited BWI many times over the years, but have never stayed, so any info/suggestions either of you have would be great! We're having the same crappy weather here in NW Indiana, so I'm spending my Sunday afternoon dreaming about Disney and my spring BWI trip :cloud9:.

@trishadono you mentioned fetching things for your mom - does this mean you can get things from the lounge (such as breakfast for teens sleeping in or apps/wine at night to enjoy on our own balcony)? It's ok to bring food and drinks back to your room rather than consume in lounge? It's our first CL stay coming up in August (yay!), so I'm curious. Also, I contacted DSS last night, thanks to the email provided here on the DIS, about a room request and they replied to me this morning:-)

The building is very confusing. Looking at touring plans room finder maps and familiarizing myself with the layout helped a lot.

From cl lounge you take the elevator to 2nd floor and then switch to a different elevator to 1st floor for boat, or go down stairs towards the lake.

For buses elevator to 2nd floor and then head out doors front by lobby , keep left.

For quiet pool take elevator from 4th floor to 1st and head left out the doors, or get off 2nd and walk down stairs towards gardens.

For main pool go like for boat but head left towards villas and through tunnel like doorway for clown pool... if you dare.

They didn't greet and I got a room NOT ready text. I found the elevator and went to 4th floor. I knew cl area was to the right so I just walked. The cl desk is situated prior to the security doors. I said I was checking in and they said it shouldn't be long so we went through the door and walked until we found the lounge on the right. Compared to poly and gf this will seem like a bit of a walk. However it's so lovely, quiet and inside safe from elements, who cares?

Where carpet changes to hardwood is where the cm desk is. There is also a podium outside of lounge if needed as well.

Here is my wine from checkin and my desserts one evening.

If you look back some pages I post food and beverages in my room or balcony at all cl's. One of my FAVORITE things about cl.

The other thing I'll add is each cl is slightly different, poly and gf have plastic cups for taking out to beach or pool. Some cl's don't have plastic. I just use a paper coffee cup if needed in that case.
