Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Does anyone know if the majority of YC two queen CL would have a sofa bed in the room? I currently have a booking for a BWI for summer 2020. However the look of remodeled YC and the pool really lure me to book YC instead. But I would need the couch though there are only 4 people in my party.

Most YC CL rooms do *not* have the daybed. They are on request only. Although now that families of 5 cannot book regular CL rooms at YC and BC anymore, it's probably easier to get that request.

Most (all?) BWI CL rooms *do* have the daybed.

Someone asked if Reggie was still in the BWI lounge, we didn't see him the 3 nights we were there, doesn't mean he isn't there at all just not the nights we were there. Wine was out all afternoon and evening even between food offerings They still do the omelets on Sunday.

That was me! Thank you for the update. Do you happen to remember any of evening apps that they had at night?

I watched a few videos online of the deluxe room. There is a sign on the counter water is stocked, adding the soft drinks is a nice touch. Wl deluxe room does do that so maybe they will keep that.

If you haven’t seen just google gran destino deluxe room and a few pop up.

We are staying CL GF. How do you request for your fridge to be stocked with water? Can you have it stocked with beer?

Oooh so happy to read this, we have just booked for Aug 20th a deluxe suite club too.

If you have time and are able to, would you mind taking room and club pics? Do you have the sleeper sofabed in use and is there definitely a door to the separate bedroom!!!

There is a queen sofa bed and a barn door to divide the living space from the bedroom. My DD also got a twin size inflatable mattress so she didn’t have to sleep with her brother and there’s plenty of space.

Breakfast was delicious and so were the mid day snacks. We are headed up for be evening apps soon. Here’s some pics...

We are staying CL GF. How do you request for your fridge to be stocked with water? Can you have it stocked with beer?

Gf does not do that. At least not std cl rooms.

The only cl rooms I know that have stocked are pres/ vice pres suites. Cr may for all tower suites I think too.

Also they can’t stock with alcohol. If you had a late arrival , after 10p they may stock with water/soda . You’d have to call/email dss and ask. I had a friend do that once.

Wl deluxe rooms stocked because they were so far from lounge/opposite side of building.

My guess with CSR is the same since the rooms are scattered and you paying a premium for deluxe;

Thank you very much for the pictures. Did you bring the inflatable mattress with you? We also have a sibling sleeping issue! Looking forward to trying the lounge, I'm not a big drinker but excited to try the strawberry cider! DH will enjoy the beers I'm sure. Let me know if they have Baileys (helps me sleep lol). X

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all well! We returned Monday morning from our trip, and I thought I’d give a little review about GF SL, since people have been asking about it.

I’ll start by saying how much I LOVE GF, and how truly happy I was to be back there. I’m already looking forward to being back in less than a few months!

I only took pictures of the food our first day. Sorry about that. The food was great and most of the staff was wonderful. The highlight of SL was the amazing chefs who went above and beyond to make sure my DS had safe food options every day due to his severe food allergies. They were fabulous and I can’t say enough about them.

I have only a couple of negatives, and please forgive me for my honesty, because I truly hate writing any negative reviews about anything.

So, as I mentioned above, most of the staff was lovely!! Some would recognize us and come have full on conversations with us! Would greet us every time they’d see us, or just give a smile. However, there were 3 staff members who couldn’t even crack a smile. I get it, it’s probably annoying dealing with people all day... but no matter when I saw these 3, they never smiled, never greeted others unless you greeted them first, and just seemed like they hated being there. That was a little disappointing, but I just steered clear.

My other issue was just manners from guests. I was horrified a few times... adults and kids sticking fingers in their mouths and then picking up tongs to get food. Adults walking around the lounge with no shoes on, and at times, men with only swimming trunks on (no shirt or shoes.) Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was yucky.

Other than those little things, I Loved my stay at both GF and BWV! I have a lot of pictures to share, and will post as I have time.

Our room was lovely in SL. We had a high floor, marina view, and we were able to see fireworks from our balcony! Our room was always spotless, and we had the best towel animals waiting for us, along with my DS’s stuffed animals sitting there waiting for us when we’d get back! We had turn down service every night, and always had chocolates waiting for us on our beds.

We had a nice surprise when waiting for our room, Tigger and Pooh came over to play games with the kids! It was pretty cool because we were the only family at the time there, so my kids had them all to themselves! They hula hooped with them too, as well as took pictures with them!

The pool and grounds were impeccable. We love the Beach pool!! Had a cabana for one of our pool days, and we truly enjoyed it!

We asked at the CL desk for a rollaway and Mousekeeping brought the inflatable. Super convenient! Here is a picture of the evening cordials:

They did a great job for the 4th! They had fun activities for the kids, as well as a DJ. They opened the Summerhouse and had a bar set up in there, as well as high tables set up around the area. The fireworks were breathtaking.

I feel at gf I find the worst other guests. Cms however at rpc have been good. My sl stays have been also the last few years.
However at wl I found everyone so friendly. I think it’s cause the guests are friendly and they are not shell shocked.

I agree about some guests. The CMs at Poly were fantastic but the guests were something else. I know it can be loud during HEA but they were literally screaming and yelling during the whole thing one night. It was so upsetting. We tried a few times and just gave up.

Quick heads up- I've had a couple of dining reservations just poof out of my MDE, both on app and computer. I'm calling DSS for assistance tomorrow. I don't know how prevalent this is, but thought I'd mention it.

Would you mind telling me what your son's food allergies are and how they accommodated you? My son is dairy, eggs, peanut and tree nut. I have heard a mix of accommodating at club level so I am excited you had a great experience.

Sure! So he has tree nut, peanut (both severe) and eggs. The chef came out and met us as soon as we checked in. She went over all the safe items that were already out, and the items he needed to avoid. The nuggets were safe, but the Mac and cheese was made separately for him (the nights it was served). Breakfast and desserts were brought out to him each day... mostly the allergy free bagels, cookies, donuts and muffins. He loves them, so he did just fine. Good luck and enjoy!
