Do we ned PS at:

Cosmic Rays, Plaza Pavillion, Columbia Horbour House, Pecos Bills, Tangieriene, Cantina San Angel, Tusker House, Prime Time Cafe, Beaches and Cream?

The only one on your list that takes PSs is 50's Prime Time Cafe since the rest are counter-service restaurants. If you know you want to eat at 50's PTC and you know which day, I'd suggest making it. If you don't know yet, try calling Disney Dining from your room that morning and make a PS, so you hopefully won't have to wait.

Most of what you have selected are counter service restaurants, with the exception of 50's PTC (some one correct me if I am wrong), and will neither require nor accept a PS. On the other hand, you probably need a PS @ 50's, depending on what time of year, what time of day, and expected attendance levels.
