You can leave if you want to, but then you won't be part of the B2B group when they reboard. I don't know if they'll let you board when you get back or if you'll have to wait for your PAT and boarding group to be called.Another question would be, would I be able to leave the terminal area and check in again later on. Im thinking want to restock up on my wine allowance while in Miami.
I picked the latest PAT for the second cruise in our B2B to let someone get an earlier PAT slot. We're just going to the testing tent rather than leaving the terminal. We should be on board WAY before that PAT comes around.Maybe that's why they make us select a PAT on B2B cruises? I'd never considered it.
That's generally true, yes. The B2B group boards before anyone else. I was responding to a question about leaving the B2B group to buy some wine and then returning.I picked the latest PAT for the second cruise in our B2B to let someone get an earlier PAT slot. When I did a B2B in February, a cast member escorted the group the whole time. I don't think anyone asked to leave the group and come back, so I don't know if it's allowed. This was all at Port Canaveral, though. Procedures might be different elsewhere. We are hoping to be able to stop at our car between cruises while heading to the testing are? our b2b is an 8 night/6 night and hope to pickup our next beer allotment from our car in the garage .
Same process in Miami, pre-Covid. I do not know if any of the BTB cruisers left on their own and came back later. When I did a B2B in February, a cast member escorted the group the whole time. Kind of defeats the purpose od being first one back on. I say, just restock at the stops.Same process in Miami, pre-Covid. I do not know if any of the BTB cruisers left on their own and came back later.
