I tried chatting member service for a room request and was advised they are experiencing a temporary system outage. Unknown when everything will be sorted out

It's down for me still. Password areas are protected and unavailable. When I tried to log on early this morning for an 11 month booking one of my UY's was not displaying in the booking tool although it was displayed on my dashboard. Of course it was the one I needed.

It was spotty this morning at 8:00 - when trying to modify(extend) a reservation. I got kicked out twice, and sat and watched the spinning color wheel of death for several minutes. The fourth time in worked, but as soon as I hit "confirm" it started spinning again. The new dates popped up in my MDE right away, but I had to wait to regain access to the DVC site to see it confirmed there.

Well, there were the MGM casinos in Vegas that didn't pay the ransomware hack last year - many of those machines didn't work for many weeks!!

But your point is correct - so many tech issues with Disney and Disney IT.....

Especially if they were taking some days off during the walk. I have been modifying every day because I don't trust myself not to accidentally forget. I was lucky to get my modification done before it went out completely.

I am climbing the walls….I can’t find the email confirmation for my family’s July vacation (may never have gotten it, that happens more than I would like) but I really need to confirm I didn’t hallucinate booking our trip so I can stop going crazy….
