Eatery across from Pirates Of The Carribean!!

Hi!! I just wanted to say, usually, when we order nachos, etc..with all the toppings..I only eat the plain nachos, but DANGIT the platter at the place across from PoTCB was DELICIOUS! It wasn't too big, but was priced perfectly!! I couldn't believe we never knew about this place up until the last night of the trip!!! Does anyone by any chance know exactly the stuff they use, chips, or anything? Lastly, can someone reccomend a site that has food recipes from ALL OVER WDW!!
