Excited to Join The Disboards!

Hello, I'm so excited to join Disboards to share and learn the insights of all things Disney! I grew up in Southern California and my parents would check us out of school each year for the Disney Stock Holders meetings, because you received park tickets for all those who attended back then....and at the end of the stock holders business part of the meeting, they showed a new Disney release. I remember watching Fox and the Hound before all the animation was finished.

Our whole family continues to be avid Disney fans and DVC members who love enjoying the magic of the theme parks or cruises every year. Look forward to learning from the Disney experts in these forums.

Hi! That sounds like really magical memory. I can't imagine experiencing Disney as a local. For me, it was always a vacation experience.

Disney vacactions are always a great get away and make fantastic memories. Our DVC resort is the Boulder Ridge Villas at WDW.

Growing up in California, Disneyland is one of our favorite Disney parks. My inlaws lived only 6 miles forom the park. We also love Animal Kingdom in Disney World. Avitar is a favorite famiy ride their and the Disneyland Space Mountain and Splash Mountain are family favorites there.

Hello and welcome! I'm new here as well. Haven't been to Disney World since I was a kid. My family went to Disney about 5 years ago and our favorite ride was Cars. Looking forward to visiting Disney World this year.
