Family T Shirt Ideas? Sports Themed?

On our last visit to WDW we saw a family with football type shirts. They had numbers on the back and their favorite character where a players name goes.

Is there a thread with T Shirt examples? I've been googling for about an hour and haven't found a place where people post their at Shirts for inspiration. I did find lots of vendors willing to custom make shirts, but nothing like I am describing.

Is there such a thread with examples?
