Favorite menu items at Chefs de France?

What are your favorite things at Chefs de France? We will be dining there next week!

My favorite appetizer is the Bisque de homard (Lobster Bisque) and my favorite entree is the Plat de côtes de boeuf au Cabernet (braised beef short ribs).

OMG! The French onion soup!!!!

It's funny you should mention the onion soup...I always ordered it before and then when I started to eat it, I would remember that it has large onion pieces in it. I'm used onion soup that has caramelized onion slices in the broth, but the LCF version has more like stir fried onion pieces (soft, but not yet limp or caramelized). It's been this was the last few times I had it, so I think that is the way they make it on purpose.

For dinner, either the Coquille St Jacques or the Duck

Crème brulee is excellent.
