The tortellini sounds good. I make caprese ones with grape tomatoes, tiny mozzarella balls and basil with balsamic glaze drizzle

It’s clean out the fridge night here.

There’s so much food crammed in there at this point, I really don’t know what we’ll be eating. But I love leftovers!

Annual New Year’s Eve dinner of steak tips, baked potato and asparagus. Later in the night some scoops with cowboy caviar and spinach/artichoke dip.

I don’t usually stay up until midnight, so the only food on the agenda is a pizza for dinner. I will be making my traditional pork and kraut meal tomorrow, so I wanted something easy tonight.

It's football day, so I let the kids pick...we're having beef tacos with all the fixings. Dessert while escape gaming (after football) will be discount Christmas candy and mulled apple cider...

Swiss fondue here tonight. We'll have some cured meats, maybe some apple or pear. It's just me & DW so nothing elaborate needed.
