I really hate that DVC keeps building these generic rooms that look like an airport Marriott in Wichita. No, wait, I really hate that DVC puts way too much theming in these new rooms, they need to be way more subtle. No, hang on...

I really want to stay in that Grand Villa.... but I'm guessing it might be more points than a Poly bungalow.

I think it may cost more than Grand Cal Grand Villas. I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Its not super apparent to me if the 1 bedroom has one either, that fantasia pic is only one that shows the window and it doesnt look to have a balcony from what I can make out.

Could just be that its in the bedroom part.

Looking at the artist rendering of the building, it appears that a lot of the villas will not have a balcony.

I think the 1 to 3 bedrooms are only balconies, so if you book one of those rooms you will get a balcony

But some studios might also have balconies according to the Disneyland website. Or maybe that was an oversight.

If you look at the floor plans that are out there it appears that only the 1 BD, 2 BD and GV have balconies

EDIT: according to the Disneyland site select studios will have patios or balconies
