I know some people probably already know this, but I noticed there are a few people starting WW, so check out this site.

It is Dotties weight loss zone and it is great. SHe lost a lot of weight and created a web site to help others with WW. It has foods, success stories, hints, measurments, recipees, etc. My FAVORITE part is the eating out guide. People send in points for foods at restaurants. I don't have a lot of $ so this does help me, because I didn't have to buy the dining out companion. I know that some points have changed in the new book, so beware, but for me it is awesome!!!
