As always, I'm late posting again! I'm trying to get into an exercise routine so here goes.

2/13 - 30 min legs and butt & 60 min walk
2/14 - 30 min core & 30 min walk
2/15 - 30 min arm and abs & 60 min walk
2/16 - 30 min legs and butt & 30 min walk
2/17 - 30 min core & 60 min walk
