Frikadelle is served during lunch at Biergarten in the Germany pavillion. What is this exactly? Is it any good?
 
I haven't been to the Biergarten, but I believe Frikadelle is a kind of pork meatball and gravy dish.

Any one have the "official" word of what it is at the Biergarten??

Hi,
a Frikadelle is minced meat (pork or pork and beef) with a little white bread an egg yolk and some spices (there a many different recipes).
Then you form little patties and fry them in a pan.
