Where on WDW property can you get a facial?

I've had facials at the Grand Floridian spa. It's located between the Grand Floridian and Polynesian resort. I believe there is also a spa located at the Disney Institute. I love the pampering from the GF spa staff and in fact, I have a spa treatment booked there for next week. I can't wait.

Here is a list of what is offered at the GF Spa.

Swedish Massage: Traditional Swedish techniques to relieve muscle soreness, increase circulation and induce a state of total relaxation (25 minutes $47.20, 50 minutes $88.50 and 80 minutes $129.80)

Sports Massage: Invigorating and intense massage combined with heat packs and muscle relieving oils and liniments to compensate for overexertion. The perfect follow up to our sports bath (50 minutes $88.50)

Head Shoulder and Back Massage: A relaxing scalp massage followed by Swedish techniques with a focus on neck, shoulders and upper back where many carry stress and tension. Maximum massage benefits in a limited time (25 minutes $47.20)

Reflexology: A pressure point technique performed on the feet based on the ancient tradition and principle of energy zones that run throughout the body. The stimulation of reflex points in the hand and feet correspond to all the major organs, glands, and body parts. The technique induces deep relaxation, improves circulation and balances the system (50 minutes $94.40)

Shiatsu: A Japanese therapy given with the fingers, thumbs, elbows, and knees and feet concentrating on acupuncture points to affect the balance of vital energy of: ki". Based on the ancient principle that balancing the "ki" of vital energy aids the body in healing itself. Shiatsu is received with clothes on, loose clothing suggested (50 $94.40 and 80 minutes $129.80)

Executive Massage: Tired and feeling stressed? Relaxed and indulge in a 20 minute aromatherapy bath followed by either a Swedish or Sports massage (75 minutes $112.10)

Spa Toning Facial: Experience the benefits of the sea in this unique thalasso therapy facial. My First Facial: A mini facial specially designed for our young guests - 10-14 years of age, to introduce the basics of good skin care. A fun and educational primer for a lifetime of healthy skin. This mini facial includes take-home skin care products. (30 minutes $59.00)

Gentlemen’s Facial: A deep cleansing and purifying facial especially for men. Great for skin irritated by shaving. A hydrating treatment that leaves skin smooth and refreshed. (50 minutes $88.50)

BODY TREATMENTS

Sea Salt Polish with Vichy Shower: Dead sea salts are combined with pure essential oils, then massaged over the body in a light circular motion to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and stimulate the circulation. This treatment leaves the skin renewed, rehydrated and silky smooth. Please refrain from shaving prior to the service (45 minutes $53.10)

Body Polish with Vichy Shower: A gentle exfoliation scrub to refine dehydrated, dry skin. An exotic, floral foaming scrub is brushed over the body to exfoliate, cleanse, and stimulate the skin leaving it healthy and alive (45 minute $53.10)

Sedona Clay-Aloe Masque: This body is lightly stimulated by dry body brushing, aromatherapy oils applied for added detoxification and a warm body masque applied to purify the skin's surface. This rich mud is composed and micronized seaweed rich in minerals and trace elements, aloe vera gel and sedona clay to purify the skin's surface texture. A great hydration treatments for dry skin (50 minutes $100.30)

Marine Algae Body Masque: This skin is prepared by a light dry body brushing followed by application of essential oils and marine algae. You are then wrapped for maximum absorption. The marine algae is removed with a warm rinse and the treatment is followed with additional marine extracts. HAND AND FOOT TREATMENTS

Spa Manicure: This treatment is not the usual manicure, but a true "spa" experience. Cuticles and nails receive special attention and skin is left supple and smooth after an enjoyable massage of the hands. Choice of natural nails or polish (40 minutes $41.30)

Spa Pedicure: A truly relaxing treatment as our technicians gently exfoliate your feet, then massage cuticle oil into the nails. An aromatherapy application follows with a mini-foot massage. Choice of natural nails or polish (50 minutes $53.10)

My first manicure: A mini manicure for our young guests (25 minutes $23.60)

Paraffin Treatment: A rich moisturizing cream and aromatherapy oils are massaged into hands and or feet, then a warm paraffin wax is applied to enhance absorption and hydration. Essential treatments for dry hands and feet. This treatment can be enjoyed separately or combined with a manicure or pedicure. ($23.60 alone or $11.80 when added to a manicure or pedicure)

Sports Pedicure: Our spa pedicure with an addition of a cooling anti-fluid gel to reduce swelling and a bioactive foot balm to increase circulation and provide relief for feet that have taken a beating (50 minutes $53.10)

Soothing Tired Legs Treatment: A refreshing soak in our whirlpool footbath followed by a foot and leg massage, a tension relief gel and moisturizer. A must after a day in the parks (25 minutes $35.40)

Foot Soaks: A mini anti-stress treatment to revitalize feet and legs. Sit back and enjoy a lower back massage in our spa massage chair and select an aromatherapy soak of your choice as your feet are massaged in our hydro foot bath (20 minutes $23.60)

I wanted to get my daughter the above facial but she will be 16 years old. Do you know if they also talk to them about make-up?

My daughter did the "my first facial" when she was 14. I don't remember them discussing make-up, only a good skin care regimine. I would imagine that if your daughter has any questions, they would be happy to help her out.

Meagan will be 16 for this trip to the GF and too old for the "my first facial". Instead, we chose a mini facial for her. I know it's not mentioned on the previous post, but it is available. It's $63 and about the same amount of time. That's what I normally get for one of my spa treatments. She also picked the french manicure this time around. I thought it was kind of pricey at $57, but it's her money to spend. She is really looking forward to her morning of pampering!
