Haven't Maryland's teams done well this past year? First the Orioles surprised everyone (except us die-hard fans) by making the playoffs, the Ravens are going to win the Super Bowl, and even the University of Maryland's basketball team is 16-6, well on its way back to the NCAA tournament. I'm so proud to be a native Marylander!
