has anyone gone to Discovery Cove on July 4th or any holiday??

I'm trying to decide if I should go next summer on the 4th(also a Sunday). I thought of all the parks,DC might be the least crowded. Any thoughts on this?

Yes, I went 2 years ago on July 4th and everything was great.

There will be the same amount of people as any other day. You still want to get there at 08:00am so you can get an early dolphin swim and get your snorkle gear before everyone else.

You'll want to visit SWF the next day, because you'll learn alot about the dolphins, and you'll want to see them again in the Key West area.

And they only allow 1000 people in per day so there are no crowds.
