Having trouble doing fast passes

I'm trying to book our fast passes and every time I go through the MDE app it says I need to get a park ticket. Then when I try and link it with my resort reservation, it says it is already linked to an account.

Help!!
 
Unfortunately it sounds like you are going to have to give the help desk a call - 0800 16 90 749
 
Hopefully you can get it sorted, has anyone else linked the reservation to their account?
The help desk usually gets problems sorted out fairly quickly-good luck.x:goodvibes
 
Yeah, all sorted! Went on the app this morning and was able to select all of them! Technology's great isn't it? Lol
