Help! Karamell-Kuche Apple Type?

Hi everyone! My mom's favorite treat at Disney World is the plain, caramel apples at Karamell-Kuche. I'd like to try to recreate one for her as part of her Christmas presents (understanding that it won't be exactly the same). Does anyone know what apple type they use for their caramel apples? Thank you!
