Help with a (sort of) photo hunt in WDW Universal and IOA

My husband is taking me to WDW in dec when he comes home from his deployment and I am trying to make him a 'photo hunt' and I need some help. Its more of 'lets make sure we get all the pictures of the big stuff' disguised as a photo scavenger hunt. I have previously been several times but I am having a hard time coming up with some ideas for Christmas mouseilanious, Universal Studios and IOA.

For example- Is the Delorian from Back to the Future and the train still in universal?

Here is what I have so far for all of them (WDW) to give you an idea of what I am looking for. I have about 20 or so for each category. Thanks so much for anyone who can help me. (and I know some of the things are obvious that you would take pictures of but I am just trying to make a fun free game because we are on a budget)
