Hiring a Cruise Photograper

We are considering hiring one of the cruise photographers to take pictures of our family. DS will be a senior this coming year and would like his Senior Portrait shot on the ship. I went to the MyCruisePhotos site and learned that you book a private session at the Photo Gallery after boarding. I have a few more questions:

1. How much does this cost for a family of four?
2. We would just want the photos to be put on the USB drive?
3. How long should we book for? If we can, we would want to do it the morning of CC day.
4. What else do I need to know?
