How are teens doing in schools with no mask mandates

I do not want debating right or wrong, I am just looking for non-emotional answers to this question, as a parent who doesn’t know what to expect going forward. My vaccinated teens have been in a school requiring everyone to mask and quarantine with exposure, as of tomorrow their school is dropping mask requirements and quarantining with exposure to Covid. If your child’s school has not required masks, how has this gone? Have your teens gotten Covid even when vaccinated, and if so how many times? Have they had any lingering health issues if they have caught it?
