how much does it cost to feed the dolphins?

we are really excited about being able to do this, but we want to know how much it will cost in may before memorial day? What about for the stingrays, sea lions, etc.? Do they cost more or less than the dolphins?

We were there in March and it is $7.00 per tray of fish. Everyone who goes in has to buy a tray. Our grandchildren loved it, and you are up close and can pet them. Quite an experience. We didn't feed the stingrays, they were outside in a tank and you could touch them without feeding them. The water there was a little murky at that time.

We really want to do this. Are there set times or are people doing it continuously throughout the day? If set times, do you have to line up early to get in? Is it crowded with lots of competition to get to the dolphins or is it more of a relaxed atmosphere?

today we did the Stingrays and Sharks
both were $5 for one tray $9 for two, ($4 per tray if you have an AP)

Last April, they had a sign up stating what time you could feed the dolphins. You can also ask at guest relations as you enter the park. We were at the beginning of the line (second group in) and we arrived about 35 minutes early. They only take in a certain number of people at a time so there is no competition for the dolphins. It is so worth the money.

Has anyone done the sea lions? We've done the dolphins on a previous trip and fed stingrays at a local zoo and want to try something different.

Yes, we did the Sea Lions last year. They must be dangerous because they are behind a low wall or moat type area and you throw the fish to them. You can't actually touch them or even get close to them. There are a ton of birds around that are constantly trying to steal your fish. The kids still loved doing it!
