Husband lost park ticket

my husband lost his park ticket at Hollywood studios yesterday. I have the scan of the back of the ticket. If we stop by Customer service will they replace it? Or will we have to buy another one? Today was one of our non park days thankfully, but he'll need it Thursday.
 
They should. Did you use a credit card? I would print out the receipt too just in case. Sorry that happened!
 
I did, and happen to have it on me. I'll make sure to take it with us. We're going to MVMCP tonite and I plan to see if they'll replace it before we go in the park.
 


They will. I bring high school groups and have to replace tickets OFTEN. And of course the kids who tend to lose tickets also tend to be the ones who did not take a photo of the back when asked to do so. For those, I have a list of ticket numbers. Either way, it's never a big deal. You can go to any guest relations or ticket window, whichever has the shortest line. If you happen to be going to Disney Springs today, you can do it at the GR window there.
 
It's super easy to replace a park ticket. I lost mine at the beginning of the month. I didn't have anything but my email address and they found it replaced it and I was on my way within 5 minutes.
 
If our ticket is connected to your MDE, they can look it up and make you a new card that way too.
At least it worked for us...
