Just back from a 5 day stay at AsSports. Took the DVC tour while I was there and I'm now the very happy owner of 150 Saratoga Springs points! 
Gave my $500 deposit. Disney gave me the $1200 incentive ($8 off per point) and I have to send in the remaining down payment by the end of September.
I did the 10 year financing with 20% down, but I plan on paying it off quicker than that (need to pay it off before addonitis strikes
).
I got a March UY with this year's points (2005). Maintaince fees prorated.
Can't wait to take my first trip home!
