minimum 50 points for a reservation 40% do when the reservation is given, balance do 120 days from check in, I do a contract
Poly and, VGC, VGF are $16 a point
BCV, BWV are $14 a point
everything else is $13 a point

We will also consider checking in on 10/31 itself and staying a few days after, but we would much prefer checking in on at least 10/30.
