As the holiday approaches, we will all be tempted to indulge and forget our accomplishments. SO, I thought it would be fun to relate our current losses to a tangible item. I got this idea from my DH, who related my loss to the bag of softener salt I couldn't heave into the cart. It really felt good knowing I have gotten rid of that much weight. You know? Just when you slow down, your positive attitude wains......SO......I will start.....

I lost my weight in....

1 bag of softener salt
2 of my dog
7 of my DD's cat
9 bags of sugar

Let's see what we can come up with!!

Wow Katholyn, I have lost about a 3 -5 year old kid too. My son is 6 and weights about 43 pounds.

First let me say this is a great thread and really funny! .



I have lost:

An average automobile tire

or

A case of soft drinks (24 12 oz cans)

or

A massage chair

or

A Spider Monkey

or

The amount of carbon dioxide added to the atmosphere by burning 1 gallon of gas.

Whew! To think I was carrying a tire around everywhere I went and I'm not finished yet.

Hmmm... I've lostn a pair of size 4 pants (I've lost four pant sizes since starting deal-a-meal 1/2/03) Does that count? I don't have any official WISH losses yet & besides, I'm not creative enough to come up with the great stuff you guys are for 45 lbs.
