In park stroller hire late in the day

We are planning to attend the Christmas party after getting off our cruise at the end of the year. We won't have a stroller with us, but I suspect we will need one for my 3.5 year old so she can sleep if napping in the afternoon hasn't worked out for us.

Is it easy to rent a park stroller at party time? And are the Disney ones good for a 3.5 year old to sleep in or are they way too upright?

I rented one around 9pm during the Halloween party a few months ago. When I got there they had plenty and I opted for the double stroller -- my 6 year old was more comfortable in the bigger stroller.

The best part is that they gave it to me for free, since there were only 3 hours left.

They are hard plastic, but my kid was beat and had no trouble falling asleep in it.
