I've had relatives who worked at Disney for many years, and yes - they can offer tickets to the parks, and if you dine with them, they can get cast member discounts at restaurants and such.

For me, the biggest perk to having family/friends working for Disney is the ability to get you into Cast Connection and Product Control!
