This is probably the wrong place to ask, but I've done some searches without any results, so here goes.
I have a voice that voice menu systems, including Disney's, never understand. Even my Yes and No are almost always interpreted the opposite way. This morning I tried calling V.I.PASSHOLDER when they opened, and had to hang up and redial several times after being misdirected, and by the time I got into the right queue it had a 90+ minute wait time. The same thing happens with MS. I don't want to jump the queue, but would love to have a way to get a "Press 1 for ..." menu or directly to a real person without the voice menu frustration. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks!
Peter
