Poly, technically, has 1 bathroom because there’s only 1 toilet. They made the bedroom/living area smaller to create the extra room for the second shower. It works because Poly rooms were really big to start, especially now that they’ve lightened the decor.
In the non DVC Poly cash rooms in the living room/bedroom there’s ample space for the table & chairs to sit on the same wall as the 2 queen beds because there’s no extra shower room.
The DVC studios aren’t big enough for the table & chairs to fit where they are in the cash rooms, instead they’re located on the opposite/TV wall at the foot of the Murphy Queen size sofa bed which is where the sofa is located in the regular rooms.

There is not a traditional table and chairs in the Poly resort rooms. There’s a side chair with small ottoman and nesting round side tables that weigh 1000# (exaggerating a bit) that are not practical to move or sit at. These have been in the middle of the patio doors in recent years. Also bench at foot of bed(s).
