I hope they spay or neuter them while under Animal Control custody! Sterilize those buggers!

I believe if you have a registered (even if lapsed) and intact animal, then you get The Lecture from Animal Control. And they have a file started on you now...

If it's a cat with no ID and going into the adoption system, yes, in order to adopt it, you sign the papers and come back in 24-48 hours to pick up your groggy but now sterile pet

Neighbor’s loved to walk across my car and windshield. Could never catch the cat on my car. Finally did spy him on my car one day. I hit the panic button on the remote. Scared the stew out of the cat. No more cat on my car.
