It certainly is more formal dining & reflects the older demographic onboard. It is the old style 'dressed' cruising vibe. Since so many cruise lines have opted for the resort casual approach to dining, it's a plus that there are lots of choices out there for everyone's comfort level & style.I even think regent et al would be too formal for me. Ie idiotic dress codes.
For sure, I greatly prefer more casual dining, or eat all my meals in the buffet (ended up doing that on my 1 NCL cruise to NE/Canada) except for 1 meal in the Hibachi-style venue. Do NOT like to dress up!!
So many responses, so little time.I initially read this as "eat all my meals in the buff".
I think that was the trip where Kevin got hit by a bus. https://www.disboards.com/threads/okay-absolutely-true-story-i-was-hit-by-a-bus-in-monaco.2928770/
