Maybe it is just me, but I think there are 2 types of CC cookies. The regular ones, which are very much like Chips Ahoy, and then there is the kind I am looking for.
These are usually darker, and have thin, crispy edges. The flavor is different too, though. I don't know how to describe it, but they aren't like the ones you buy in the store.
Anybody know what I am talking about? Have a recipe you want to share?
