A priority for us is lowering the stress levels for all 4 in my family w high anxiety issues and 1 on the spectrum, so getting a private car this time w the loss of DME and car rentals $$$ especially for someone that needs space for a lot of bags and a motorized wheelchair was the plan.
And boy were we thrilled! Communication was fantastic. Driver met us in baggage claim and escorted us along & helped us w our bags to a little private area they can park to pick us up w very little walking or time. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Getting to our resort was the most efficient and stress-reduced it’s ever been. We rode in a nice black Suburban.

Returning to MCO was even better! Our Driver Raymond (everyone loves Raymond!) was early, reminded me of The Rock , & helped sandwich all our bags and wheelchair in to the beautifully appointed Cadillac Escalade. When hubby got a coughing jag from a tickle in the throat, Raymond was prepared w water bottles to stop it.

I know I couldn’t have been more pleased. It took so much stress away. Worth the price by a mile! We tipped each driver more than the included in the cost tip. They earned it!

Nice! Was just about to book with them. What time did you put in when you booked for airport pickup? Did you put your flight arrival time or did you add a certain amount of time to it?

When I booked, I padded the time, but when I called the driver directly before boarding our plane to add a little more time bcz our flight was pushed back a little he told me that they have our flight info and watch it that day so they know when you’re arriving and if anything has delayed or sped up your time. Totally on the ball.

You're welcome! Fun to see another Dis-er that has been here since the big server crash of 1999 when we all had to re-register. Enjoy! You'll be pleased. Travel days are so stressful, if there's anything can do to lessen it, it's worth it.
