Luggage transfer to Swan/Dolphin?

Was staying at bwv and had a split stay at s/d. Called bell services to confirm transfer and he said they do not do transfers to s/d.

Called again the morning of transfering and they said wdw does transfer to s/d. Everything was delivered correctly.
