Magic Kingdom Closing at 4:30 on 5/3

Crowds were low with the major exception of Jungle Cruise. It seemed to have as long a wait as ever and ran out of LL quickly.

Leaving the park at 4:30 PM took a very long time. If you want to stay for the low waits at the end of the MK days give yourself a lot of time to hop to another park (like ~3 hours).

I agree with this. We had reservations at ohana for 5:20 and were able to get there in time but we were on one of the first ferries after close to the Poly and the line behind us was huge. We didn’t get off our last ride until a couple minutes after 4:30 but must have still somehow made it before the majority of people.

We were there and went back two days later. We thought it felt less busy but the rides had longer wait times for some reason on 5/3

It was busier than I expected on 5/3. We were at MK on 5/4 and it was lower crowds. We were still able to enjoy and ride on 5/3 but was hoping to do more without Disney+ this day.

I actually changed my MK TO that day from the day before! Less crowds hopefully!

It was a good plan. We purposely booked MK for the short day as well, and we were rewarded with lower wait times.
