May cruising

We are thinking about taking a Western cruise in May. Anyone done this before? What is the weather like? Early May or later May? It would be our first cruise!!!

We haven't done the Western in May -- just the 3-day and 7-day Eastern. Both times we sailed the week prior to Memorial Day. The weather was perfect!!

We did a 7 day Eastern in May in 2001 and the weather was great (a little rain one day that was it). We've got the Western booked for this May 10th and I hope the weather will be good

We did the Western last May 24th and the weather was perfect! Didn't rain even one day!

We were on the inaugural western (May 11th) and the weather was perfect! It was pretty hot in Cozumel, but other than that, the temp was perfect for the kinds of activities!
