So, I'm an absolute Peter Pan obsesser, and it's actually gotten bad. Anyhow, I finally had the experience of meeting Peter and Wendy for the first time, which was absolutely amazing. Here's my story:
I left the Poly after eating at Ohana's and took the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. After entering, I literally ran to Peter's line. When I got there, the lady told me to come back in 35 minutes before the line closed and I was really upset. I decided to take a look in Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for a while before going back, and the line was long. I decided since it was 10 minutes early, I would just get in line and wait because I didn't want to risk not being able to meet him.
I was texting and tweeting about how excited, yet nervous I was to meet Peter when all of a sudden I heard running footsteps and soon enough those footsteps stopped behind me and I was scared by Peter screaming "HELLO!!!!!" really loudly. As he was standing behind me laughing all I could think was "Peters hand is on my shoulder. Peters.hand.is.on.my.shoulder. Peters hand is on my shoulder! PETERS HAND IS ON MY SHOULDER!" (pretend that's the Rapunzel voice saying she has a man in her closet) and before I knew it, Peter was in his meeting spot, calling for me to come up first, even though I was quite far back. Before I knew it, I was being escorted to the front of the line and got to meet him first! He greeted me with a smile and "hello!". He took one look at my hat and he got so happy and cheerfully said "I LIKE YOUR HAT!" And I told him I like him and his hat (me telling him I liked him accidentally slipped out, but I don't regret anything) He then asked me to come in the middle of Wendy and himself to take a picture, and I did. Then as I was walking away, he was waving and screaming "bye!" until we were out of each others sights. I honestly almost cried after meeting him, like I was so ecstatic.
Anyhow, look for more of my character greeting sessions on here, cause trust me, I have a lot!
Oh and I forgot to mention Peter called me a Lost Girl. I'll seriously never forget it.
Anyhow, have a great big beautiful day, and remember, tomorrow is just a dream away!
