Simple as that. I'm utterly stuck as to which one I should go to, and I'm turning to you guys and gals for help!

I've never been to Monsieur Paul, but I love Flying Fish & Yachtsman. It depends on what you are wanting to eat. Have you looked at the menus?

I've been to Monsieur Paul when it was Bistro, and that was a wonderful (expensive) meal (DH wouldn't even let me look at the check for all 4 of us; he and I did the wine pairings and I was quite drunk at the end, but it was wonderful), but Flying Fish I must admit was the second worst meal we've ever had at Disney (it was New Year's Eve, but still 2 hours before we even GOT our entrees, and my fish was stone cold but by then I wanted to eat a little and just leave, it was awful, but we also had a bad meal on Christmas at Cali Grill, which is odd, my fish was so salty it was inedible, so maybe holidays can suck).

Yachtsman we ate at, but it was 24 years ago; it was great but gee like a lifetime ago.

Have you looked at the menus? I loved being upstairs away from the crowds in France at Epcot. It was really a fun meal, great pace, great pairings of wine. Our oldest (he was maybe 8 or 9 at the time) is a foodie, so saw my smoked salmon course and of course had to have that too; waiter brought it for him as well. Even though it was well over 10 years ago, I estimated the dinner ran at least $450 for the 4 of us. Worth it? Hell yeah!

All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

None of these. Shula's at the Dolphin.

Else? Yachtsman beats the other listed locations for Steak or Lobster. Flying Fish wins for Scale Fish (not Shell Fish).

I've never eaten at Yachtsman so I can't comment on it. I'm not a big steak house fan, so it's never really interested me.

I have to agree with happymommy. FF was not good when we went about two years ago (right after the refurb). The food was quite mediocre and the service was terrible. Three hours and over $300 later - we were not happy.

We've been to Monsieur Paul three times and it's always been outstanding. The food is fantastic and the servers and management are extraordinary. They are, literally, trained professionals, so it's really top notch. I also love the check-in process. You go into a very small check-in area (it feels very special) and are escorted up the stairs in the France pavilion to a quiet, beautifully decorated yet sedate restaurant. It just feels very special up there!

Woah boy, you just blew my mind! I completely forgot about the Swan and Dolphin!

Monsieur Paul is wonderful. Shula's is very nice and very expensive. I don't care for Flying Fish. I don't like the restaurant either.

My vote is Monsieur Paul. Our dinner there was amazing, one of the best we have had.
We still like Flying Fish, but its not the level of Monsieur Paul.
We have not tried Yachtsman. we have many very good steakhouses around us, so its not much of an allure.

I'm going rouge and suggesting Tiffins.

Flying Fish - we enjoyed the food there but our server was not very good. He seemed to do well with other tables but ignored us most of the time, which is fine since I don't like it when they hover but I also don't like having to wait for refills on drinks, wait to have dirty plates removed, wait for my check and then wait to pay it. We would probably try it again but since there are so many places to eat, we try not to repeat.

Yachtsman - it has been years since we have eaten there. We enjoyed it at the time, had good service, good food so no complaints there but, for me, a steak house is a steak house.

Mon. Paul - we didn't have a good experience here. Our ADRs were fairly late, Illuminations actually went off about half way through our meal so that might had something to do with our experience. They didn't seat us until about 30 min. after our ADR, which is nothing new but that late at night we were pretty tired. Again, our server wasn't the best. She was the server for the table next to us and they seemed to get much better service, I don't know if it was because they had kids and the server was aware they were tired and we were two adults or what. Our appetizer was excellent, our entre was just ok, not the best we've ever had, not the worst. We wanted dessert but ended up not ordering it because we were so disappointed in the server we just didn't want to bother, we just wanted to get out of there. So, it was just a so-so experience for us, if we were a repeating family, it wouldn't be one we would repeat. We had eaten downstairs a number of times and knew the service there could be hit or miss but also knew upstairs was much more expensive and were thinking the service would reflect that. We would eat downstairs again since even though the service isn't always the best, the food isn't bad and the price isn't horrible.

Tiffins - it's one of the few we have repeated. We love Nomad Lounge to start with and we have had great meals and good service at both the lounge and the restaurant every time we've eaten there.

Dolphin - we have only eaten at the Med. Grill there but love it and have always had good food and good service there. My son did eat at the sushi bar one night without me and loved it so I would imagine the rest of the restaurants in the place are the same level.

I agree with those who suggest it completely depends on what you want to eat. If you're after seafood, Flying Fish makes sense. On our last trip to Yachtsman, my steak was great, but my wife's lobster not so much. If you want steak, I can personally attest to the filet at Yachtsman being excellent, but by almost all accounts Shula's is better. For the best all around culinary experience -Monsieur Paul's.

We just ate at Flying Fish - I love seafood. My husbands meal was fantastic but mine was really disappointing. Way too salty.

I vote Monsier Paul. Yachtmans is great but I think steakhouses are a slightly less 'special' But we have a lot where we live.....

Oh yeah already got a Tiffins reservation for the day before!
