I found this website in something that was mailed to me. It's an organization called Mopix which makes movie theaters accessible to people with vision and hearing disabilities.
Rear Window Captioning is the type of captions that arre used at many WDW attractions. A plexiglass screen in front of you reflects the caption which is actually projected behind you in reverse.
Descriptive Narration is for viewers who are blind or have low vision. Descriptions of action, facial expression, scenery or costumes are added into the sound track of the movie during natural pauses in dialog. There is an example of descriptive narration from the Lion King at this website.
